Atkinson-Porter Photography Workshops
Registration Form

I wish to register for the Atkinson-Porter Photography Workshop entitled:  “Weekend Workout: The Emotional Landscape”, August 27 through 29, 2010 at a cost of $350.00 for the weekend, to take place in the Addison Woolley Gallery at 132 Washington Avenue in Portland, Maine.  I understand that if I register and send payment by check by July 31st, 2010, I will receive a discount of $25.00 for a total registration fee of $325.00.  Otherwise, to hold my place in the workshop my check for $350.00 must be received by August 15th.  Minimum registration is for a total of 6 people and maximum is 12.  If minimum registration is not achieved, the workshop will be postponed and payment will be refunded.
